Description
Here is a small object that is the essence of the spread knife: pure, light, very robust because it is made with Mousou bamboo (winter bamboo) but slightly flexible.
We fell under the spell of this surprisingly simple little bamboo object, but which could make plastic or metal knives fade with envy.
