A gift box of two leaf-shaped stick rests, covered with wild cherry bark using the kabazaiku technique. They will also be useful to place cutlery or even simply to decorate your table.
The veins of the leaves are expressed with the gold-coloured lines of the cherry bark arranged in a herringbone pattern. Each leaf has a different expression to add colour to your everyday table.
Denshiro's "Kabazaiku" bark working technique dates back to 1851, and has been passed down through six generations. The bark of wild cherry trees is harvested in such a way as to allow its regeneration so as not to interfere with the growth of the trees.
