Delivery by Colissimo

If an item is in stock at AchiKochi, the preparation and delivery time is between 3 and 7 days for metropolitan France, between 7 and 10 days for other European countries, and between 10 and 15 days for countries outside Europe that we deliver. In case we don't have the item in stock but it is in stock at our craftsman's, we do our best so that the time of supply and delivery is between 2 weeks and 1 month.

In case your country is outside the European Union, the amount of your purchase on our site will be tax free. But it is possible that you will have to pay VAT in practice in your country, as well as customs taxes when the package arrives.

Our craftsmen make their works and build up stocks. We are constantly in contact with them to know the state of their stock and to adjust our delivery times to you. In case we don't have the item in stock but it is in stock at our craftsman's, we do our best so that the supply and delivery time is between 2 weeks and 1 month.
